I saw this recipe prepared on The Kitchen on the Food Network. It is so delicious. I have not tried it with the chia seeds but look forward to doing so.

- 1⁄4 avocado
- 1 slice sprouted bread toasted
- 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
- Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Smash the avocado and spread on the toasted bread. Top with the egg slices. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with chia seeds, salt and pepper.
